cardinal mogg has this afternoon failed to apologise to the House for the remarks he made about the neurologist he compared to the anti-vaxxer chappy.

Whilst moggsy issued a public apology, the Leader of the House should know that custom (and indeed basic politeness) requires him to apologise in the House as well.

Funny how traditionalists pick and choose their traditions, isn't it?
