My daughters Ipad Air 2 shows 100% charged but as soon as she uses it it drops to 0%!!
Any ideas what we can do to fix it???

Have you checked in Settings > Battery > Battery Health? There may be more details in there to help figure it out.
The Air2 is a few years old, so may just need a new battery if it’s been charged a lot. Sounds like it’s just not holding a charge, which could just point to a battery fault.

As per Godblue check the battery settings, also has she installed anything recently there was a big problem a couple of years ago when apple maps was draining the battery in seconds.
The Air 2 has a smaller battery compared to the other 9.7 iPads and given the age the battery has probably reached its natural life expectancy although you normally see a slow degrading of the battery life. |  | | |
