I'm a big fan of Gladwell, especially Revisionist History. He's produced this podcast for a few years now where his mates interview great musicians and they break down their writing process and play live etc.
Just had the Nile Rodgers one on tonight in the car. I knew he was good, but the guy is legitimately a musical genius isn't he? I think he's just so prolific and had a hand in so many big songs I'd taken him for granted a bit, but this is well worth a listen.
