on BBC2, should be worth watching. Dina Asher-Smith clocked 10.87 in the semi, pretty quick and good to see the (clean) women getting ever closer to the drug inspired world best that should have been expunged.

Watched it. Good run. Switched it off.

They talk and talk and talk at these televised athletics things don't they? Have to fill in the gaps between the events I guess but I wish they would do more sports in the way they show golf, with pretty much non stop action and no inane chatter.

I can't watch MOTD unless I can fast forward through the "punditry."

The women's world records are such a mess - they really need sorting out as denies the women a chance to be as big a stars if they were getting WRs alongside their medals
