Being played out to an empty stadium in Qatar.

A shambles really. Could this be how the world cup plays out too?

I was born underwater, I dried out in the sun. I started humping volcanoes baby, when I was too young.

Hmm, and whilst the athletes have worked damn hard for their achievements, as you say.

Congratulations to Dina Asher-Smith who is " the first Briton to win a world or Olympic sprint title since Linford Christie at Stuttgart 1993."

You're right, all that hard work deserves better.

They must have decided not to class the individual 400 metres and both relays as sprints in that case.

The thing i am most surprised by is the fact many seem to be surprised by the terrible crowds,it always was going to be the case for a variety of reasons. To be honest though there are only a few countries that can and do fill a big Athletics stadium (Blighty being one) even for the Worlds and we have seen poor crowds before at other editions in the past.
