Halloween bug bears Part 1 21:02 - Oct 31 with 2128 views | Barneycurley | Please someone tell me what dressing up as Spider-Man has to do with Halloween? I've seen it everywhere on Instagram, kids dressed up as it. Grrrr

Halloween bug bears Part 1 on 21:12 - Oct 31 with 2109 views | Mullet | A woman brought about 5 kids to our door with another woman "Have you got an extra one for my niece, she's really sick and gutted she can't come" as she thrust a bag she was holding. "Yeah ok" Last year the same woman with the same kids one of which was an infant "can the baby have one too so they don't miss out?" God only knows who it will be next year.

Halloween bug bears Part 1 on 21:16 - Oct 31 with 2097 views | Oldsmoker | No-one has ever knocked on my door at Halloween. It happened to a friend who said "trick". The kid was so annoyed not to get any sweets he stamped on my friends foot and ran away. There's a moral there but I can't think what it is.

It's a pretty good crossover choice for a festival dedicated to the holy power of light and Halloween I guess.

Halloween bug bears Part 1 on 21:24 - Oct 31 with 2068 views | footers | As a good Catholic boy, I should remind you all that it is All Hallows Eve and that you should be in church, rather than worshiping at the altar of American consumer culture. But some grown men still like to watch superhero films, so 'go figure'....

Indeed. When I were a lad it virtually didn't exist in this country. I wonder how many folk know that Halloween is the eve of All Saints Day. Happy All Saints Day. It's one of my favourite days of the year. No more Trick or Treat for another 364 or 365 days.
Halloween bug bears Part 1 on 10:58 - Nov 1 with 1575 views | Swansea_Blue | I think it’s great . It was the US experience that sold it to me though, as we don’t really have a clue how to do it properly as we’re a bunch of miserable sods. Of course, any costume is acceptable. The sinister stuff, while on show sometimes in the US is in no way obligatory. It should be more about people coming together to have a bit of fun dressing up, having pumpkin carving competitions, etc. It’s just a bit of fun to brighten up a miserable time of year as it gets darker and colder.

Every year the Mrs boots me out in the cold with the youngest to do trick or treating. And last night was no exception. I hate it with a passion. Although there was a rather attractive blonde that opened one of the doors near us all dressed up.
