If the Tories win we already know their campaign is built on lies. The right of centre Times did a fact check of Johnson's speech - that they needed to do so is alarming in itself - and almost none of what he said was actually true. There's an excellent piece by John Crace in the Guardian on similar lines. We're not talking spin or selective use of statistics here, just outright distortions of reality and blatant lies.
