Xbox Live Enforncement Action 09:04 - Nov 8 with 335 viewsartsbossbeard

Anyone know what this entails?

I'm a PS4 man myself with Beard Jnr's Xbox account linked to my email account.

I've received a notification that he's got an enforcement action and of course, it wasn't his fault. ..What does one have to do to get an enforcement action and how long are bans normally?
