They are deliberately spreading lies at every level. So much of what they're encouraging candidates to use has been debunked, is out of date, is being hugely distorted, or a combination of all three. There's no integrity there at all.
At the end it reveals their value base when they say candidates can't make any pledges regarding privatising the NHS but can make pledges on supporting shooting. How can people see this as the future they want for our country?
I get your point, and don't disagree with it but your title could apply to half of the politicians in this country.

As long as these underhand tactics keep being broadcast then some voters may decide that the Tories are not for them. 2 weeks more of them being evasive, lying and downright rude will turn voters off them. The Tories want to be called the Nasty Party as if their (political) lives depended on it.

Although even on that they look dodgy. Pretty much nobody thinks a comprehensive free trade deal can be done in less than 12 months.
It doesn't matter. Cheap, repetitive, meaningless soundbites to appeal to the hard of thinking and people too tired think due to being worn down by the deluge of misinformation will win the day.
