A good away point, yes, but not if you think about the chances we had to wrap the game up in the first half.

Excellent away point against a promotion rival. Still not got out of second gear all season. Drop off in quality between Champ and League 1 is significant. #coyb

away point - hurrah
inability to kill games off - meh.

And so as the loose-bowelled pigeon of time swoops low over the unsuspecting tourist of destiny, and the flatulent skunk of fate wanders into the air-conditioning system of eternity, I notice it's the end of the show

Reverse the halves and I think there would be more positivity.

Not scoffing at the point away from home but it could/should have been more.

At what point do you predict we will get out of second gear? And is that suggesting that Lambert can't get the best out of this squad?

Not in this league, not when leading again, not when we nearly gave it away.

Far too many changes to the team EVERY game , for an consistency , fluency in play or player partnerships to be allowed to form and develop. This is why we play every game largely in such a disjointed fashion IMO.
Hakf way through the season and it feels like we haven’t even got out of the blocks. And his the hell players have picked up injuries when they’re not even playing on a regular basis , beggars belief really . But maybe that’s why they’ve picked up injuries, because they aren’t playing regularly enough. It’s madness.

On reflection, Coventry are top six, best home record, were top six best away record,a fair result, we should have wrapped it up, they should have won it last kick off the game, that's football
