.... from that farce , if I can put the effort in along with a few thousand others tonight , then why can’t the team ( disjointed at that ) put at least some effort in .
Only one team playing football 1st half and it was not us , these team/ squad changes is doing us no good what so ever , again like a bunch picked from a tombola drum , very disjointed and not knowing who’s doing what .Keep this up and we will fail this season.
Rant over .

Down arrow for 'leaving' before half time.
It's not very often that I, of all people get to call someone a part-timer.

I'm one of the people who was blamed for getting Paul Cook sacked. PM for the full post.

You left before half time?

Obviously not expecting a comeback then.

That would require at least 3 shots on target. Can't waste our December quota just on this game

No matter how badly his team may be playing, why on earth would a football supporter leave a match before half time?

I left Oldham once at HT. 4 down, open terrace, no coat, pi55ing it down.

Sounds like there were mitigating circumstances in your case!

Because there was no or very little effort being put in , so why should I suffer whilst they stroll and Lambert pisses about which the team week in week out .
And because believe it or not it hurts .

Of course it hurts but that still doesn’t explain it.

I have felt like doing so a few times. Don't think I have ever actually left before the final whistle though.

Because you’ve made the effort to go in the first place and everything can change in the second half (as we well know this season). A bit odd, but each to their own.

I had seen enough to know this was not going to change , I do not blame the players entirely, although what they do in training god knows , I blame Lambert he is not getting the best out of the players available too him , as they always look disjointed with all the changes made week in week out.

Haha.

I think you've shared that story on here before.

That was a really really cold day wasn't it. It was the same there the year before. Orange ball on a plastic pitch. Think we let in 4 both games too.
