Can any member of the public turn up for the count / announcement? on 17:54 - Dec 12 with 602 views | Pinewoodblue | Not sure if they do it now but in days gone by the result was announced twice.. in Cambridge the count was in the guildhall, they announced inside then again on the balcony at the front of the guildhall to those assembled outside. Most counts these days seem to be in sports halls or similar so suppose they only do it once. | |
