Pompey Away 13:24 - Dec 15 with 1256 views | loyalfan | How are people planning to get to the match? Can’t work out whether it’s worth risking the trains.
Pompey Away on 13:25 - Dec 15 with 1248 views | Steve_M | Trains are running throughout the strike but have been erratic according to colleagues who use SWT daily. So I'm hopeful it'll be ok, if a bit less pub time.

You can also get to Portsmouth from Victoria via Brighton/hove/littlehampton. Takes a bit longer but is also cheaper from memory. Southern trains do a 'day ranger' ticket for 20 quid if booked online at least 3 days beforehand.
