He doesn't know how to turn it around and that's his problem, that's why he's so tetchy. He got lucky at the beginning of the season with us stealing 3 points from games we didn't deserve, PL then got arrogant with team selections and formations thinking our squad is way beyond this level (it's not, which is reflected in results over the last 2 or 3 months) and he's now showing his hand that he doesn't know how to address our current demise. I've said this before, he's done a lot of good things for club mainly off the pitch, but now PL's getting found out on it and is coming up a long way short.
