Odd that he isn’t even on the bench now.

We can’t score - he got 3 in the cup (albeit the weird third cup). He can cross pretty well too.

What’s the worst he can do? Not score like the others?

He can also put himself about and press with intensity!!

I think he’s been a bit unlucky.
He’s a physical presence and the closest thing we have to a target man if we persist on playing the long ball game.

Lambert isn’t one for bringing players back in once he’s made his mind up. Did it at other clubs, has done it here. I’d bet if he could avoid it he’d never have put Donacien back in.

We can’t create, that is our biggest problem. Chuck Lewandowski up there right now and he’d be struggling.

Norwood and Jackson have had the service of a giffgaff customer stuck in the middle of nowhere.

Poll: Would love to know the opinions on here now of Lambert genuinely?

Interesting that Roberts is a winger by trade and is never played there. PL plays him as a striker and that’s it, no compromise. I’m not saying he’s the answer, but could he do a better job than some of our wide options currently? He’d certainly work hard for the team.

He's crap.

He’s not worthy of a place on the bench. A willing trier but he’s not a striker. He was signed as a wide player which he’s never been given a consistent shot at. No idea why we persist with signing players and playing them out of position. Roberts isn’t the answer to our problems - a consistent first eleven and formation for the next five games is. This squad is miles better than anything else in this division, that’s plain to see. It’s PLs failure to get the best out of them with tactical blunders needs addressing, not more squad rotation.

He's crap.

Fits right into our squad then 👍

Crap is a bit harsh.

He got 3 in the cup because all he had to do for 2 of them was tap it in a metre from the net after Dobra gave him the ball...

He doesn't trust younger players. Probably because all of them are going to leave soon for bigger clubs because here they're being benched by players who don't seem to care about playing.

Roberts was a PH signing.
