Foakes should be playing for England, he's the best wicketkeeper in the country. He'd score the same amount of runs Bairstow and Buttler have in recent tests and is a far better glovesman than the pair of them. How he's not in the side leaves me scratching my head!

Bairstow should never have been recalled,
Foakes was harshly treated when dropped last year and deserves a place in the team. Hopefully Pope will be fit for next test to replace Bairstow.

Bairstow has had a bad 2019 and doesn't currently deserve to be in team. However an in form Bairstow of previous years would get in team.

What annoyed me about Bairstow is that he felt he had enough clout in the set up to insist he was first choice keeper when selected and had a strop mid tour last year.

Foakes should be keeper. Bairstow doesn't warrant being anywhere near the team on 2019 form. Plus, crap attitude.
