I can’t remember any “mental gymnastic” threads where I’ve done that? Could you give some examples? As I’ve said before, you don’t have to agree with my views but I don’t sit on fences and I feel I do a good job of justifying it.

I’m not the one convincing himself “organic meat” is a thing ;)

I was only here six months of the year (but been busiest apparently).

I tend not to get involved in these. Some are good but too many people use then as an excuse to have a dig at others or lack self awareness.

Organic meat is clearly a thing. Much better welfare standards. If you were a chicken farmed for meat you would rather be a free range organic chicken.

I've never hidden from the fact that the animal still has to die.

What about agoraphobic chickens? Surely we must cater to their mental wellbeing as well.

MrsN suggested we get chickens.

I’ve told her once we eat the rabbits we have to make room in the back yard, then she can have chickens.

Edit - apologies for the rubbish English there. I’ve been speaking in broken English for the last 3 months and it’s hard to stop.
