Let’s back the team, and Paul and get behind them. COYFB

Imagine how we’d all be feeling come Oxford final whilstle if we’d 6 points on the board.

How many of these must win games do we have to fail to win before we all concede that Lambert doesn't really have a clue? Asking for a friend.

….if we manage to beat the mighty Accrington Stanley and Oxford United.

Hopefully the club will make a souvenir tea towel to commemorate the achievement.

I'll probably get a tattoo done, so that I can remember the momentous week forever.

What a time to be alive.

Maybe go for something classy like a Suffolk Punch horse, er, mounting an Ox?

Reckon that would look good as a full sized back tattoo.

Several games being 'must win' sort of negates the need to describe it as a must win game, no?

taking that position, we can't enjoy beating anyone below the upper levels of the Prem, because we were that good once upon a time, but aren't now.

Whether we like it or not, ITFC are currently a Third Tier team/squad/club, so we may as well celebrate beating (if we can) whoever is put in front of us. Especially the better teams in the division, such as Oxford, in comparison with whom we are no longer the giants and they the minnows.

Good Lord! Whatever is it?

Every game from Wycombe at home onwards has been described as huge or must win. It does rather devalue the term.

I posted going in to the Portsmouth/Gillingham/Lincoln/Wycombe xmas and New Year fixtures that we needed a minimum of 8 points from those games to get things back on track-as we now know we got 2.

We cannot keep under performing/producing for much longer otherwise the top 6 will be getting out of reach when it should be the top 2 that we are established in.

Agreed. We should have built on the start we made and been comfortably clear in the top 2 at this point, but currently we look more likely to slide out of the top 6 altogether. It's criminal when you look at what we have to work with.
