I'm guessing the point here is that: "However, on arrival Suffolk police found that no offences had taken place and no arrests were made."
Kids of around 11 years old reported the 'incident'.
Mind, that's not to say children shouldn't be taken seriously, but it does sound like the woman may have been just trying to fill her lighter. |  |

During my brief teaching career I once got a phone call from the school secretary asking me go to the next classroom to check for a fire as the fire brigade were en-route.
One of the pupils had phoned 999 from the classroom and reported fire. We never made the papers though. | |

House fire at an old couple's place, can't remember if it was just one of them or both of them, but whoever phoned it in was immobile and effectively burned to death in bed - just horrible |  |
