No deal Brexit it is then. Spain will veto any trade deal that includes Gibraltar, France will veto any trade deal unless their demands are are met on fishing rights for French fishermen.
Of course the EU will Back Spain, it will mean more territory for them to rule over. Doesn’t mean we will give in to their wants though.

Do we want a favourable trade deal or not? Spain has a veto on what's decided. Plus they can make the situation in Gib untenable by restricting/closing the border.

In regard to wanting a favourable trade deal or not, this is worth a watch or listen. (watch) https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/w3csy94j (listen) I listened to it at about 7.30am on BBC Sounds, I really should get out more!

"rule over" and thereby your total misunderstanding of the EU summed up in one phrase.
They would back Spain as a member over an independent UK. Is that a surprise to anyone. Gibraltar voted something like 99% remain (why not 100% amazes me). The vast majority of residents rely on frictionless movement and trade with the EU. The margin of support for them rejoining the EU by leaving the UK would be far greater then for Scotland or Wales.
If you think Johnson will fight to keep Gibraltar by bargaining away some more money/rights then why do you believe we will be anything other than far, far, far worse off out of the EU. But then leavers don't really think these things through do they?

Both predictable from day one.
This system, where one of 28 nations can veto a deal so that they can try to get one thing beneficial to them and them alone, shows how nonsensical the way the EU is run.

If only you were right with that first sentence, 92.4% of sentences containing EU was about a new rule/regulation that all countries must follow.

It’s fine Guthers. Boris will ride in on his British bulldog and tell them where to go, now we’re Great Again.
The tax dodgers of Gibralter are not the only part of our mighty empire that are looking at Brexit without much enthusiasm. Anguilla memorably put in a far more reasoned and rational response to the referendum than anything managed by Britain. They may want to keep their EU status by becoming long-distance Frenchies - like their next door neighbours..
Rather more worrying for tub-thumpers, the falkland islands is highly dependent on the EU now that a windswept island of sheep botherers are wealthy fisherfolk denuding the oceans of squid for all those expats eating tapas. That could be an interesting one.
