Changing managers has done us so much good over the last decade.


Mainly because we kept changing rubbish ones for also-rubbish ones. It's notable that our only vaguely successful time over the last division is when we employed one who was:
a) competent a
b) hung around. Mainly because he was competent.

No, it't that fact that he's not very good AND tied into a long contract that's the problem.
