I wondered, especially with a tough away fixture to come, if it was time to try Norwood up front on his own. Most of his goals for Tranmere came that way, and was surely the reason we bought him.
I would go back to basics with a 4411 and leave any working on a new formation or philosophy until the summer now because we must get promoted. You can't just one day start training and then lining up like you are going to play similar to Sheffield United, this should have been done back in pre season.
It might be harsh on Jackson, but he is better in a two, and we don't seem to have the right partner for him. I would play Nolan and Dozzell in the wide areas to make us more compact.
I would go with this for Sunderland
