This is possibly the biggest problem we suffer. Having spoke to a first team player on the matter, he has said himself that Lambert is great man motivator and getting every ounce out the players in terms of desire and effort, but it is Stuart Taylor who is the coach throughout the week.
That concerned me as people were saying he has been nothing without Culverhouse.
He either bites the bullet and gets in a better coach than Taylor (who spends 95 minutes chewing the ear of the fourth official) or lose his job come May. |  |

Presume you are talking about Robert Ullathorne, but he's never been involved in the coaching.
It was Culverhouse who he had the success with, but he's just signed a new deal with table toppers Kings Lynn. | |
