I don't think they led at all hence the rant. I think they were struggling and the fans were quiet and hence the rant. I don't think it helped at all. Not many fans would respond well to the chairman/owner/whatever she was telling them their lack of singing wasn't helping the team perform.

Quite right that embarrassing rant made matters worse she has now learnt to keep her large mouth shut mores the pity .
