Most countries are following similar measures actually, bar us. There was a nice comparison of actions taken by other countries yesterday and we're behind on around 5 things.

I’m looking at a broad spectrum of people on here from across different areas of life all of whom rarely agree with each other, I’d rather not go onto social media if you don’t mind as there are far better sources of news like reputable news channels and the government advisors that I would rather trust than some jumped up know it all anti government anti establishment geek who has nothing better to do with their life than stir up sh1t.
You go ahead and follow your own advice for all the rest of us care, and when you get sick or when people around you get sick because they follow your advice then don’t expect people not to say “I told you so”/ in the same way as you will be doing.

I've been in self-isolation since Wednesday, but feel free to go round spreading the virus for herd immunity. Or not herd immunity. I can't remember which as even today government advisors seem to be saying it again despite Hancock saying this weekend it was nothing to do with herd immunity.

All i did was post some links, queue Glasser's new "political point scoring" cop out of the week and three posts that included name calling.
To this point I think only 3 posters have actually addressed those links. The rest was shouting and assumptions about me saying everyone should get tested and that we should replace the PM.
You can't have a discussion with people who are going to bury their head in the sand and trust the Tories despite all evidence this week suggesting otherwise.

At what stage of everyone on this forum disagreeing with you on every subject, even posters like SB, who are extremely knowledgeable, rational and fair (and I've had run ins with him) do you start to think maybe your views on a lot of stuff are just way off?
I'd love to know what better system you propose for an unbelievable, unprecedented, worldwide disaster above following the advice of actual experts who know the most about what we are likely facing?
You honestly think that the Prime Minister, armed with information, facts and data from experts should ignore this and listen to people like you 'pushing back'?
I f***ing hate Boris Johnson, most politicians and the entirely corrupt system, but the job he is doing now is just unreal in its complexities and nobody in that position would ever get everything right and there is no training or preparation for this kind of thing.
