I accept I will get down votes here, and I completely accept it is the right thing to do now, but what a depressing shame the Tories couldn’t find some money over the past decade to help the less well off in society. Suddenly now, there is an bottomless pit of cash. I accept, it’s needed, it’s the right thing to do. But wasn’t it the right thing to do when the less fortunate needed some help and not demonising and being starved of help? Much of the few million the Government have snatched away from those in need it has given away instead to the foreign firms regulating this sh1t.
The French and American companies have made a fortune robbing British citizens, first hand.
The hundreds of billions being spent here...? The money 'saved' by ruining innocent people's lives to the point some have committed suicide, are sheer pennies in the scale we're now talking about.
