Got some feta and proper cheddar in stock, but fear they will be luxury items very soon. Plus I used half the feta last night. Worrying times.

I had some broccoli the other day that needed using up and some cheddar left from a an open packet.
I made a cheese sauce, quick blanch of the broccoli, cooked the pasta and into a pan fried some lardons and chucked it all in together and gave it a good stir.
It was lovely. |  |

Rice with Chargrilled Mediterranean Vegetables will be my ration food. Snack wise, I will be having Soup with Cheesy Croutons. I have enough for 2 weeks should I need to isolate. Plenty of Chocolate ,Crisps and Biscuits in the cupboards should they be needed. |  | | |

I made proper Bolognese from this fancy book I got for my birthday. I was surprised that I have of course been making it wrong all these years and passata/canned toms are not needed apparently. You cook slow and low obviously but use white wine or water with tomato puree and keep topping it up sparingly.
I made bacon sarnies for lunch so fried some garlic mushrooms off in the rendered fat, and chucked them into the spag bol. You're welcome. |  |
