We do, indeed, seem to be stuck in the middle of change. More interesting is that when you are going through change, these is a point of the change curve where it looks like failure, you have to get past that. Assuming you have equipped everyone with the skills to do so.
I wonder if we, as a team, have an approach and culture anywhere near as defined as that of Barcelona (in this case study)? Or even if we have one at all? |  |
