Tax Years 21:23 - Mar 26 with 918 viewsBlueByYou

Sorry if it has already been discussed, but does anybody have a sense of whether this tax year (due to end 5th April) will be included in averaging the last three for self employed people?

Do you think the three years are :
April 2016 - April 2017
April 2017 - April 2018
April 2018 - April 2019

Or :
April 2017 - April 2018
April 2018 - April 2019
April 2019 - April 2020

Tax year ending April 2019.

We have no village green, or a shop. It's very, very quiet. I can walk to the pub.

It will be up to year-end 2018-19, the last three sets of figures everyone has submitted.

Good Lord! Whatever is it?

Is the thing about getting a grant if you are still working just if you aren't earning as much as usual?

Yes, based on what I've read, you would have to be earning less than usual. I have just read that the profit loss won't be calculated however, so whether you have lost 5% or 100% of work, you will still be entitled to an 80% grant.
