People generally being very good around here.
The only real non-compliance I have seen is from teenagers sneaking out to parks to see their mates or girlfriends/boyfriends.
Most people following the spirit of the guidance, if not fully observing it (e.g. I know a couple who live alone but who are still seeing each other. In effect, self isolating across two ‘households’) |  | | |

Didn't France have to up the fine from 10s of Euros to 300+ so that people took notice.

They will continue to fly a limited service until the government closes its borders to traffic from said areas. You seen to be ignoring populations in your analysis though but NYC has a huge spike. |  | | |
