Was released by Pardon and then, shortly after nicked for robbing the Bank of Cyprus I believe. Innocent of one thing...maybe.

He was jailed in 74 for armed robbery and released by the court of appeal in 76 after a long campaign.

He was then jailed again in 78 - after being caught red handed during an armed robbery.

He was released in 84 and jailed again in 87 for stealing mailbags

If so - and I'm trying to remember the name - do you remember the pub / late night drinking parlour that had a model train track around the perimeter of the ceiling with a train going round with a vibtrator on it painted as a US Cruise Missile.

From memory it may have been next to the canal.
