With promotions and relegations still to be decided upon.

Surely this will give us clues about other leagues when it happens. You can't have promotion to League 2 without clubs going down.

All they have done is ended their season. It doesn't give you any informed decision what will happen regarding other leagues as they haven't decided upon the outcome of relegation and promotion issues. As you were really.
