We have no village green, or a shop. It's very, very quiet. I can walk to the pub.

It's 106 miles to Portman Road, we've got a full tank of gas, half a round of Port Salut, it's dark... and we're wearing blue tinted sunglasses.

I think that's possibly even more embarrassing than the notorious Brighton one.

That time we got relegated without a whimper and everyone said how much better things were.

The similarities are uncanny..

Lambo was one of the great legends of the Champions League wars, rating 1 confirmed win. However, this hardened footballer found it almost impossible to continue playing, and soon became a miserable manager.

With deep psychological wounds, unable to hold a job, unwilling to have normal social relations and haunted by the single CL win, Lambo was a typical burnt out jobbing manager. During the late 2000s and early 2010s, he was just another somewhat insane team boss going from one unqualified job to another.

At one point, his drifting led him to a small Suffolk town, where a temperamental crowd started to harass him. The not-too-stable manager snapped when the crowd's attitude toward him reminded him too much of previous employment. He was soon violently defending himself against his outclassed tormentors — the situation couldn’t be defused before several were wounded and one killed.
