My brother had already had a go at them by the time Mum told me, so I just said I hope they washed their hands afterwards. She said they just didn't think, which is fair enough, they are pretty old! | |

I think you're right, it was certainly discussed back in March but not implemented. I think it was only people who got letters in the end.
