Good afternoon,
Earlier today I received a PM from a good friend. In it they told me that they had received no fewer than five PMs telling them that I am also SpruceMoose. This is factually incorrect.
Anyone sending such misleading PMs should cease and desist immediately.
Should this behaviour continue, I shall have no choice but to escalate the matter with the relevant internet authorities.

I was hoping Phil would grant me admin status for a day or two so I could follow the PM paper trail to its nefarious source. It's the only sensible course of action from here. Once the culprit or culprits have been found, I'd happily surrender the admin status after their subsequent banning. | |

Indeed. If footers is getting miffed over somebody putting it about that he is Sprucey, which is ridiculous as everybody knows he is Kinnockers, then imagine how he’d react if a poster took the time and trouble to track down another his real name, find his twitter account, dig back over ten years to find a story about his seven year old son being a Town mascot and then sharing it with “the lefty bumfest who all had a good laugh”?
Imagine how he would react if when challenged somebody then said to footers “ If you practised a little more online hygiene by not posting under your real name on socials you wouldn't be so easy to locate”?
