Yes somewhat surprised too. I have a sub-20 PB set when I was 30 and can still run around 22 mins now being the wrong side of 40. Although I go through times of regularly running I'm far from a natural athlete and would expect youngsters embarking on a career in professional football to be able to run 5k in sub 22 as it's not overly quick for athletes who don't carry excess fat and who will be working out or exercising nearly every day.
