There's a place near us that does a good grilled cheese sandwich. I say grilled but it's pretty much fried brioche, with havarti cheese, fig jam and rocket. Served with a dill pickle spear.

Stab the pitta many times with a fork.
Melt some garlic butter in the microwave. Pour it over.
Grate the strongest extra mature cheddar you can find on top and stick it in the oven.

I have tried it.

It's cheese on pitta.
With garlic.
We've already corrected the newbie Newcy person with a few tips.
But I'm not sure if they get exotic stuff like garlic up that way. He probably has to trade some socks or something when he's on one of those islands he goes to. | |
