Sunday Times - savage destruction of the Governments handling of Covid-19 09:26 - May 24 with 641 viewsartsbossbeard

Behind a paywall unfortunately but it's worth a read in the back garden with a vino in hand later today.

Oh yes, you did read it right, The Sunday Times.

Please note: prior to hitting the post button, I've double checked for anything that could be construed as "Anti Semitic" and to the best of my knowledge it isn't. Anything deemed to be of a Xenophobic nature is therefore purely accidental or down to your own misconstruing.

Is this a Black Wednesday situation; has the Government been fatally holed beneath the waterline very early into it’s fourth ministry?

Maybe but it would still be a worrying parallel if it takes a global pandemic or financial meltdown to get enough people to criticise a bad government enough to force change.

Seems to me that a majority of politicians, journalists and the electorate should have been aware of this the whole time. So what's changed apart from reality intruding in its rawest most undeniable form?
