I appreciate there have been similar posts to this in recent weeks so hoping someone here may have some good advice.
We were due to fly with Emirates on 30/6 but the flight has now been cancelled. We have been offered a full refund but not the tax paid ( Is this right?) or a voucher valid for 2 years but then taking the risk that Emirates survive of course. Neither situation ideal.
Anybody have any suggestions? Try using chargeback on the card? Try contacting the airline direct? The booking is in my friend's name so I'm limited as to what I can do.
