What was the application that was *approved* for an "erection of pitched roof structure over existing swimming pool" for? (Ref 4/01/00193FPA). That cottage deinitely looks swimming pool shaped - in fact I actually thought it *was* a pool till I looked closer & saw the line of the roof ridge. |  |

He also sounds ignorant of planning regs and unable to do a bit of research, based on what's coming out. File under ignore. Seems it was there before the family bought the estate and is on planning maps. The council tax may be relevant though. |  |
