1977 Mini Clubman 1100 that my employer had taken in part exchange. Previous owner has changed painted it silver but did not put the clear glaze on it... I was years ahead of the recent Matt paint craze
Worst
1999 Renault 3.0l Grand Espace Rubbish mpg, broke down a lot
Favourite 2005 Volvo S80 2.4 D5 Bought off my employer in 2010 for £1,800 in lieu of bonus. Owned it 7 years in which time it did about 100,000 miles transporting me (+family and or friends) across UK and Europe Did over 52mpg on French motorways at 140kph, 5 up, a full boot and A/C on full blast due to 40c heat outside. I had two over 800 mile trips between refuelling stops on that trip. Wish I'd kept it.
Dream??? My car porn tastes are so varied so I'll select a handful... All converted to full electric

A quick totting up demonstrates the Mk IV Cortina is clearly TWTDs car of choice ;-)
They were everywhere and my mates knew how to fix them. Under the bonnet of a British Leyland there seemed to be no room for anything else and getting to components was fiddly. The Ford had so much room you wondered if they'd forgotten something.
Don't believe a word I say. I'm only kidding. Or am I?

Replaced a radiator on mine. £15 from a scrapyard and about 10 minutes work.
Mind you, mine broke down so many times the AA doubled my premium the next year.
Real colours above. They were both sh1t, but both were given to me - the Datson was my Grandad's and being a good Wilstshire man, it smelt of chickens.

Has anyone ever looked at their own postings for last day or so? Oh my... so sorry. Was Ullaa
First Car A 1982 Triumph Acclaim, complete with choke. Wasn't exactly a head turning car for a 19 year old but it was reliable for a good four years or so.
Worst Car Volvo 440. Would cut out when slowing down or stopping at traffic lights/junctions/roundabouts if engine hadn't warmed up or been running for a good half hour or so. Luckily some woman wrote it off by reversing into it at Selkirk Road shops and with insurance, made a £50 profit.
Best Car Honda CRV. A thirsty thing and dammed expensive to insure and tax but it ran brilliantly, gave me no bother and the space inside was bigger than some flats I've lived in (ok, not literally but you get the picture)
Dream Car I've always wanted a VW Beetle. But I'm not a huge car person. As long as it gets me from place a to place b, I'm happy. Never owned a car less than six or seven years old, may have to treat myself one day. Bit of in car sat nav, bluetooth etc.

First car, 1948 Morris Minor, it got me from Ipswich to Exeter where I was at Uni. three times and back before there were any motorways.
Worst . Fiat 850 Which turned out to be a badly repaired write off.
Best. Current one Lexus 450rh . Useless in Guernsey but great when we take it off the island.
Dream . Not really that interested, but my current one will do.

First car was Mrs MT's (when she was girlfriend version 9.1), a bright orange NSU Prinz 3. If you've never heard of such a thing, have a look at this from Trump-land:
Worst car, not sure I would put any of them so low as that, but probably a company car Vauxhall Cavalier estate.
Best: probably my current BMW, an automatic 3 litre 525i Touring
Favourite: For for the joy of it, a Morris Traveller.
Dream car: I'd go for an E-type as well, or possibly an Aston Martin

I've not owned many cars so it's a short list.
First Car - Ford Fiesta Mark 3
Worst Car - Audi A4 Avant
Best Car - Audi A4 Avant
Dream Car - Jenson Interceptor although more realistically a nice electric one (probably not yet designed).
SB
My old man had an Interceptor Mk111 when I was younger, it was quite a thing, not seen one on the road in years. It weighed an absolute ton (or two) I know this because there was an intermittent electrical fault that caused us to push it home a couple of times.
My choices
First car was older than me and one of these
Worst car was a Hyundai Lantra which was a cheapy when I needed a car quick, driving it home there was a downpour and rain started pouring in round the driver's door.
Best car, I've owned one of these for 18 years now, and I still love it. My ex wife used to accuse me of loving it more than her, don't think I ever replied
Dream Car? Not sure really, quite fance a Tesla but have always regretted not buying a Lotus Elan when I had the chance, so would quite like to rectify that and have it as a summer car.
No idea when I began here, was a very long time ago. Previously known as Spirit_of_81. Love cheese, hate the colour of it, this is why it requires some blue in it.

Point of order 're worst car - if you tried to murder it and it wouldn't die... Then surely it was a good car????
True. I still hated it though
I could change it to my jaguar XE r Sport - the one which I think you may have seen - where I discovered you can’t change the brake pads on them Without a special code from jaguar which they won’t release - effectively forcing you to use their service
