Has Rishi Sunak ever been in a pub? on 15:54 - Jun 23 by BlueBadger
LOL, 'preparing'.
We probably are, aren't we? I don't know what it's like in the motherland of Ingurlaaand, but over here they're keeping the emergency hospitals in place on the expectation that they may well be needed come the autumn. Surely we've learnt some lessons so far and are better prepared for any possible re-explosion of cases?? Maybe?
This is genuinely worse than failing to eat a bacon sandwich correctly.
Pronouns: He/Him/His.
"Imagine being a heterosexual white male in Britain at this moment. How bad is that. Everything you say is racist, everything you say is homophobic. The Woke community have really f****d this country."

The Hindus I've dealt with over the years all liked a drink.
A quick search suggests it varies according to caste [?]*
Obviously no questioning regarding Sikhs - their weddings go on for days, as does the boozing!
We know muslims don't of course, at least those who follow their thing.
*Those who consider the rules anyway. I should think most are as agnostic as most people.

The sickest I've ever been on booze was after a Sikh wedding, somewhere around Southall(I think - my London geography is bad at the best of times plus, HANDCARTED). Itt was a lass I worked with who was marrying a Sikh fella. They had two ceremonies, an 'English' one which saw about 100-150 people attend and a Sikh one which was upwards of 500.
I spent the night being plied with caked and introduced to various daughters by 'aunties' and plied with whiskey and chat about cricket by 'uncles'. I still have no idea how I got home ad was ill for two days afterwards.

I'm one of the people who was blamed for getting Paul Cook sacked. PM for the full post.
