One of my favourite things is people that go out if that way to profess how much they dislike Coldplay. There are thousands of music acts and dozens of genres, those people must have so many that they don't like tbat they manage to not mention and just carry on with their lives. With coldplay there is something that makes them tell people about it lime they will get some sort of weird acceptance.

I don't hate them, they're just boring. I get why people like them though - paint by numbers anthemic indie, Chris Martin has a distinctive voice, hooky songs. I regularly teach their songs to my guitar students and they are well crafted songs but they are so middle of the road | | | |
