I'm using the look keo equivalents having recently got the assioma Uno power pedals. Have to say I massively prefer the Shimano spd-sl (yellows).

I am fairly sure that the key to cycling is going hands free so you can eat on the go!

This situation is where I Love my speedplays, if you live in a hilly area they are a lifesaver !

I had Look Keos annd never got used to them Shimao SPD on the lightest setting are very easy to get in and out of - but I have recently switched to a dual pedal which I would heartily recommend for added security at junctions

Quite rare round these parts speed plays. Are they used more widely in hills?

A few bike shops are stocking them down this way now, and you see a few about, they are hugely easier to clip in on an incline for me, but I’m guessing the pricing puts a lot off as the are silly expensive for pedals, cleats, covers etc when compared to other brands.

Twtd cyclists on 14:19 - Jul 1 with 458 views | bluelagos | Managed a 30 miler without falling over. Couple of near misses and defo going to struggle if I have to unclip going uphill... But still not kissed the tarmac due to the clips :-)
