Bye-Bye NHS... New Clause 17 13:49 - Jul 21 with 7310 viewsBLUEBEAT

You may not have noticed that a rather momentous event occured in Parliament yesterday. The billionaire-owned press obviously aren't talking about it, and nor are the BBC, as they've long since abandoned any attempt to hold the government to account or act in the interests of the general populace.

Whilst the Tory attack dogs have been trying to suggest Corbyn somehow asked the Russian hackers to dump leaked details of US/UK trade talks on Reddit months before they ever came into his hands, no-one bothered to ask if the leaked documents were actually true. Turns out Corbyn was right all along, and they clearly were.

Yesterday the Tories voted to keep the NHS and other sections of our public healthcare system on the table as cards to play during future (post-Brexit) negotiations.

Don't let today's announcement of pay rises for public sector workers fool you.

THIS is the real news story they're obviously deflecting as much attention away from as they can.

The NHS went a long, long time ago.

GP's are self-employed?
When did dentistry go?
NHS outsources a range of services to private companies?
What about 111 for example?

It's sh*t that they've voted this way but to expect otherwise....

NHS dentist users are treated as second class citizens in many dentists these days as they chase the money. But a problem of our own government's creation, not footing the blame at the dentists. Don't forget Branson sued the NHS too and no one seems to care.

I just don't know how we got here? I mean the country clapped so hard every Thursday at 8pm for a few weeks. Clapping the NHS has become the new "creatives paid in exposure" meme.

Have you tried signing up to a dentist as an NHS patient lately?

I assume almost unanimously Tory?

Interesting you say that.

I signed up to a dentist in Boston Spa, it's a fairly posh area near Leeds (I don't live in Boston Spa itself!).

The dentists manner was appalling, and she loved doing x rays etc seemingly for nothing.

I didn't think much of it at the time, but as an NHS patient, maybe I was down her priority list.

It's 106 miles to Portman Road, we've got a full tank of gas, half a round of Port Salut, it's dark... and we're wearing blue tinted sunglasses.

I’m not counting it!

It's 106 miles to Portman Road, we've got a full tank of gas, half a round of Port Salut, it's dark... and we're wearing blue tinted sunglasses.
Poll: Which recent triallist should we have signed?

Of course Jo Churchill is there.

I wish people in Bury actually paid attention to what their local MP does rather than just mindlessly vote Tory. Tvvats.

They did an utter botch job on a tooth removal and damaged the tooth next to it so may have to have that one out too.

When I moved to London it took me ringing at least 6 places to find somewhere taking new NHS appointments, and then I had to wait a month to get seen with chronic tooth ache.

Well done, you clever people.

As it got deleted the first time...

What's the collective noun for a gathering of c***s?
[Post edited 21 Jul 2020 15:17]

Pronouns: He/Him/His. "Imagine being a heterosexual white male in Britain at this moment. How bad is that. Everything you say is racist, everything you say is homophobic. The Woke community have really f****d this country."

Bye-Bye NHS... New Clause 17 on 14:10 - Jul 21 by monytowbray

This is hitting home more than you'd think at the moment, with the announcement today of no pay rise for nurses..

I'm one of the people who was blamed for getting Paul Cook sacked. PM for the full post.

I'd like to know how many on that list have private health insurance ...

Poll: Why can't/don't we protest like the French do? 🤔
