Quite agree. I think they'd like it if we got used to (or bored of) their constant stream of lies and truth twisting, but we can't let that happen. We should be calling them out every time.

Who is going to do the calling out?

I think we need to start calling out the media first and foremost so they actually do their job and with some standards of honesty and integrity. Across the board and not just on the few occasions they try to boost their brand with a bit of proper reporting.

Falling standards of decency and honesty in public life? Look no further than the media who ultimately excuses the government and all sorts of UK party political shenanigans. The vast majority of them are seemingly bored with their own stories after a couple of days and change the subject. They should be like dogs with bones rather than seeming satisfied with non-answers.
