I just tried logging onto my account using my customer number and password to no avail . Have they changed the sytem? Ticket office is closed and nobody replies to emails sent to enquiries. Has anybody else had the same problem?

Click on https://tickets.itfc.co.uk * Click 'SIGN IN' * Enter your SUPPORTER ID (also referred to as customer number) * Click 'RESET PASSWORD' * An email will be sent to your registered email address. Click 'CREATE/RESET PASSWORD' within the email * Enter and verify your new password * Sign into the site using Supporter ID and newly created password

Thanks for your help i did all that when i informed them of my options how ever ive been trying to inform the club since may that i had cancelled my direct debit for season due to cove 19, last week they sent a direct debit mandate for the coming season so i tried to log onto the new site they dont recognise my email address.

I called them as I’d left my season ticket refund till the last day and had issues logging on, they were brilliant did it all over the phone couldn’t be more helpful
