Which bit do enjoy least, hitting the ball or spending 4 hours in the company of other people? Having seen your interactions on here I have my suspicions. Golf is wonderful, beautiful scenery, good company and a challenging sport

It's a passtime, not a sport. It's boring to be honest. You can go for walks in much nicer places where you don't have to occasionally hit a ball and get cross with yourself.

If it was someone working class i'm sure Hintlesham Golf Club would have moved very quickly to ban them. The fact they are refusing to comment suggests it's someone with a bit of power and influence.

I doubt class comes into their thinking. They are probably not commenting because they need to work out what actually happened. All we have heard is that someone allegedly said something racist about KD while he wasn’t there.

If the offender is a member, the fees on their website would suggest the guy isnt working class. £965 for a full membership.

Class isn’t really decided by wealth. There’s plenty of working class people with money and plenty of middle class without.

I couldn't give two toots about golf, if people enjoy it good for them it makes no difference to me. But, a golf course isn't beautiful scenery to be honest. More often than not it's an environmental blight on the landscape.

Exactly. It's usually a lovely natural setting being decimated so people with small dicks can swing a bit of metal at a ball every couple of minutes whilst making crass remarks about women and people of colour.

Hmm, not really. I know a few blokes that spend that for their Carp syndicate fees and others that pay green fees for the golf game thing over the course of the year in that region and they are most certainly not middle class. Let's face it, a Premier league ST is going to be in excess of that.

Personally not a fan of the sport, but I do see why mates love it.

However I couldn’t (personally) decide to spend 4/5 hours per sat/sun away from the family.

Couple of hours for football, yep. A day on the piss for football once a month yep. But golfing every weekend... can see why marriages go tits up

Tiger Woods is quite good at golf. And I doubt he has a small dick.

It's absolutely true that money cannot buy class.

I would also argue that class is not [necessarily] defined by social categories either.

I've known plenty of people who ooze class, regardless of social standing or, as you say, amounts of money.

Sadly no weekend golf for me either. I tend to get afternoons through the summer occasionally. I really want to join somewhere and have a good crack at being good but I just don't have the time with 3 kids.

The number of them that just outright refuse to believe that there was racist abuse is quite staggering. A few are taking the line that monkey and banana aren't racist words. Of course they aren't in themselves but they were heard being applied to a Black man and in that context they are very obviously racist. What a bunch of utter tools. It's when you read that kind of sh!te that you realise how we've ended up with Johnson as PM.

There indeed was abuse as I know the chap who was playing with KD who heard everything and told him.

You have been stereotyping golfers left right and centre but now accusing me of stereotyping. And Tiger doesn’t ‘identify’ as black by the way.

That's lovely. So tell me again why you decided to say that Tiger Woods is good at golf and doesn't have a small dick and how it was you reached that latter conclusion?

Maybe in the same way you assume people that play golf are racist sexist and have small dicks.
