My best ever outdoor dump was three and a bit years ago as I started to climb the Five Sisters of Kintail. Halfway between the Glen Shiel car park and the ridge I got the feeling that I should have got before I set off. But fortune was with me, just ahead was an arrangement of boulders with a hole between them and they were all at a perfect height for sitting on. I was able to evacuate in comfort with a view of the Scottish Highlands, the only thing missing was sunshine.
Alas, the crap (which required hardly a single sheet of paper for a clean as a whistle finish) was out of reach to be able to cover over with earth, but I like to think that it was out of harms way and available to all manner of insect life to feast on - they may even have had their own funk band striking up 'Turdi Wonderland'... |  |
