How hard is it to have 2 factor authentication?

These people have a say in the laws that get passed in the online world we have to follow yet seem to have as much experience with the internet as my Dad who regularly moans to me his Spotify "won't work" when actually he's just forgot his password (again).

Then again maybe at this point Russia are running our servers for Classic Dom's bot network and have full admin access to all email accounts?!

liam fox isn't a Minister, so won't have had access to anything sensitive. Any colleague with access to the sensitive stuff who shared it with liam werrity would get a caning. fox's security on his personal IT is his own matter. Stuff on the Houses of Parliament network will have smartcard and password security, which is also standard across government departments.
